Terms of purchase and use of certificates and passes

  1. 1. A PRANA Thai Spa gift certificate or pass is an electronic document with a unique number and QR code confirming prepayment for spa services.
  2. 2. A certificate is valid for 3 months from payment, the “Healing · 5 sessions” pass for 3 months, and a balance pass for 2 to 4 months (depending on the amount). The expiry date is shown on the document; after it, the document is no longer valid.
  3. 3. A program certificate is valid for the specified program and duration. An amount certificate and a balance pass can be used for any programs and massages; if the cost exceeds the balance, the difference can be paid at the spa.
  4. 4. A session pass is personal and valid for the treatment specified in it.
  5. 5. Certificates and passes are not exchangeable for cash. Refunds for unused certificates are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the buyer's written request.
  6. 6. Booking — via WhatsApp +7 705 811 16 69. At your visit, just show the certificate on your phone or printed.
  7. 7. PRANA Thai Spa is a spa for women. Programs for moms-to-be are available from 5 months; we recommend consulting your doctor before your visit.
  8. 8. The recipient's name and message are printed on the certificate exactly as entered by the buyer.
  9. 9. By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of personal data (name, WhatsApp number, email of the buyer and recipient) solely to issue and deliver the certificate.
