How long is the certificate valid?+
3 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the certificate itself.
How quickly will it arrive?+
Right after payment — via WhatsApp. Or on the day and time you choose. No need to print it: just show the certificate on your phone.
Which language will the certificate be in?+
Russian, Kazakh or English — you choose when ordering. The card, the certificate and the WhatsApp message will be in the selected language.
What if the chosen program costs more?+
The difference can be paid at the spa. An amount certificate works for any programs and massages.
Who can use the certificate?+
PRANA is a space for women, so our treatments are for female guests. Anyone can order and give a certificate: a husband, children, friends or colleagues.
Can I come with a friend or two?+
Of course. “Radiance of Life” and “Girlfriends' Secrets” can be booked for two or three guests — you enjoy the treatments together.
What's the difference between a pass and a certificate?+
A certificate is a gift for one program or an amount. A pass is a course of several sessions of one treatment at a better price, or a balance with a bonus for any programs.
How do I book with a certificate?+
Message us on WhatsApp +7 705 811 16 69 with your certificate number and a convenient time — our administrator will find a therapist. We're open daily from 10:00 to 23:00.
